14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

  • This 14-day policy applies only to eligible online orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
  • International orders and final-sale product categories listed above are excluded.
  • Eligible online orders placed through our website, Shopify checkout, payment link, invoice or WhatsApp may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was dispatched.
  • The item must not be used, worn, altered, cleaned, damaged, stained, perfumed or exposed to smoke, odour or moisture.
  • All original accessories, dust bag, box, authenticity documents, receipts and packaging must be returned together where applicable.
  • The returned item must be the exact same item originally dispatched by Reloved London.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been inspected by our team.
  • If the item is returned in a different condition, damaged, incomplete or with signs of use, the return or exchange may be refused.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
